Homelift for Multi-Family House in Hilterfingen, Canton of Bern

In the municipality of Hilterfingen (Canton of Bern), Garaventa Lift has completed a new project for a multi-generational house. The installation is located outdoors and was built onto the retaining wall next to the multi-family house (MFH). The structural metalwork, to which the lift is attached, was planned by Garaventa Lift and constructed by Wenger Metallbau from Gunten.

The new home lift now connects the street with the entrance of the house, making the entire property accessible to all residents. Additionally, this investment adds value to the entire property.

To withstand the weather conditions, Garaventa Lift integrated a drainage system and constructed an external roof to prevent water from collecting in the shaft. Furthermore, the lift buttons on the outside are waterproof to protect the electronics from damage. Finally, the control system was mounted at a higher point to protect the lift from flooding.
